I love words! I have always been a talker, and will gladly talk to anyone. In addition to talking though, I love to read, and lately I have been trying to improve my writing skills. I think that words have the power to change people, for better or for worse, which is why I love to talk to people, read stories and books, as well as write my own stories and create fictional worlds through words.
I am always on the lookout for inspirational quotes. I sometimes spend far too much time scrolling through Pinterest on the hunt for new quotes, and I usually end up with quite a few, in addition to a handful of memes. I am hoping to round up a bunch of my favorite quotes to share with ya’ll, but for today I’ll just share one of my favorites.

I like this quote, because it reminds me that it is better for us to steadily and gradually become a better person, rather than instantly being perfect. If we were instantaneously perfect at something, we wouldn’t learn anything. I hope this quote reminds you that you don’t have to be perfect, just better.
